The Delegate(s) assigned with the voting credential(s) will receive an invitation to activate their account on the eVoting system through their registered email address. Once received, the delegate should
click on the unique link which will prompt a personalised password to
be set. Upon confirming the password, the account is then activated.
This invitation will be valid for only 48 hours to ensure security measures for access to the system. In case of any dispute with the credentials granted to a Member Organization, the Credentials Committee
or other authorised body of volunteers and staff hold the
responsibility to verify the credentials of delegates, observers and
guests.
