How exciting that you're taking an interest in joining Scouting!
Scouting can be a bit different in every country. You can find your National Scout Organization (NSO) at https://directory.scout.org/ and reach out to them directly. They will be able to direct you to the right place!
We hope you have a great experience with Scouts!
