If, for any reason, your delegation didn’t manage to cast a vote for any voting session, please coordinate with others within your delegation or reach out to us to find a solution. If you skip several voting sessions, an eVoting team member will reach out to the Head of Delegation via email to offer support.
The start of this process is foreseen as of the moment a delegation reaches out and ends in preparation for the next Voting Session. It is important to manage expectations that the full implementation of support cannot be completed within the same Voting Session. In the case of loss of Internet connectivity, we will do our best to support you with a call-in voting option if it is available for the event.
