How do I report a bug or error on the WOSM Services platform?

If you are experiencing problems when using the WOSM Services platform, please send an email to services@scout.org with the following information:
  • Description of the issue, bug, or error
  • Type of browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Screenshots or a video recording of the issue, if possible
  • Email address that you are using to log into www.scout.org
Example: When I try to fill in my self-evaluation for service XYZ (link from the WOSM Services platform), I get the following message: "Unexpected error occurred" and my answers are not saved. I tried using two different browsers (Safari and Chrome), but same issue happens. My user account is registered with this email address: example@google.com.
