If you completed a course and the downloaded certificate shows a different name, or if you wish to make changes to how your name is displayed, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to https://www.scout.org/ and log in
Visit https://www.scout.org/. Enter your scout.org username and password. Click Login.
Step 2: Go to Profile -> Update my profile
Step 3: Edit your first and last name as you see fit and save
Step 4: Re-download your certificate with the correct name
