How to guide: GSAT Self-Assessment digital tool

Have more questions? Submit a request
Completing a GSAT Self-Assessment with your National Scout Organization (NSO) helps you measure your performance against clearly defined criteria that are aligned with international best practices. Your GSAT Self-Assessment can be conducted through our digital tool. This tool will allow an easier process and management of data collection.

Use the GSAT assessment guidelines for further guidance on preparing for and conducting a self-assessment.

Access to the digital tool

Your NSO’s official contacts can request a unique url to access the digital self-assessment tool to conduct the GSAT self-assessment for your organisation.

The requestor's details will be verified against the World Scouting Directory before the link is emailed. We endeavour to send the link within 48 hours during business days.

From the unique URL, the NSO representative can log in with their existing scout.org user account.

Submitting your NSO's self-assessment online

Follow this step-by-step tutorial to learn how to submit your organisation's GSAT Self-Assessment online.

Next steps and support
After completing the self-assessment, share your results with your leadership team. Schedule a meeting with the leadership team to discuss the outcomes and create an action plan.

If you require guidance to complete your self-assessment, request assistance from WOSM, and a GSAT facilitator will be available to guide you through the self-assessment process.
