I can't log in to the Services Platform. What do I do?

You will need to log in to the Services Platform in two cases: 

- if you are an NSO contact who is involved in the delivery of a service, or an International Commissioner overseeing all service requests for your NSO;

- if you are a WOSM Consultant who needs to access a service request you were allocated to. 

 

Please note that the correct URL to log in to the Services Platform is: https://services.scout.org/service-requests

Use your existing scout.org account details to log in. Both WOSM Consultants and NSO contacts need to have the necessary permissions to access the Services Platform, so you need to have an active scout.org account with the necessary permissions to be able to log in and see the contents.

If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot password?' to reset it, then try to log in again.

If you log in but see the message "Content available only to certain users", read this article

If you try to log in to the Services Platform and get the error message "The username has not been activated or is blocked; Logging in with Keycloak could not be completed due to an error", you are trying to log in to Treehouse instead of the Services Platform; please read this article for more details.
