Why do I see the message “Content available only to certain users”?

The WOSM Services Platform is used primarily for requesting services by Official Contacts of National Scout Organizations (NSO). Users need to have a set of permissions added to their accounts, in order to perform any task on the Services Platform. 
 
You may get this message if: 
  • You are trying to access the platform as an anonymous user. Please login to see if that will grant you visibility over the desired content. 
  • You are an International Commissioner or an official contact person in your NSO, but your permissions are not yet set up on your account. Please use the support button that appears in the right lower corner of the WOSM Services platform to contact us and request support in getting the right permissions. 
  • If you are a staff member from a Regional Support Centre and are trying to view content from another Region. Depending on your needs, access to content from other Regions might be granted, provided that there is a justification for such request. 
  • If you are a WOSM Consultant, you may get this message if you don’t have the right permissions set up, or if you are trying to access content from service requests that you are not assigned to. Get in touch with your Regional Service Team member or contact us using the support button that appears in the right lower corner of the WOSM Services platform and we can support you with your access issue.
