WOSM Consultants are appointed for a period of three years. They should be able to commit to at least one assignment per year in their specific areas of expertise, which may include online meetings, in-person visits, training, and workshops.

All services are different, and some may require only online support through meetings and planning with an National Scout Organization (NSO), while others require an in-person visit or delivery of one or more sessions with an NSO. For major projects, assignments may take place over a longer period and require regular follow-ups.

Consultants will most likely support NSOs within their own region. However, in some cases, Consultants may be invited to provide support to NSOs in other regions, based on their needs and expertise.
