National Scout Organizations (NSOs) can access tailor-made support through the WOSM Services Platform. Explore resources in the 12 service areas, check out best practices from other NSOs, build capacity through our e-learning courses, and request in-person or online support from our expert WOSM Consultants.

Request online or in-person support

After an NSO submits a service request through the WOSM Services Platform, the relevant regional support centre will review the request and reply within four weeks. They may suggest some adjustments and work with the NSO to ensure the most impactful service can be delivered.

Once a service request has been approved, the NSO will be assigned and put in contact with an experienced consultant to deliver the service. When the service has been delivered, the consultant and the NSO contact person will be asked to complete an evaluation, submit a report, and write a piece about their experiences
