Digital badges are a self-learning support to the personal progression journey. Scouts who earn a digital badge in one of the 4 world initiatives on the Scouts for SDGs Hub can:
- share this achievement with his/her adult leader in the Scout Group so that they are considered in the actual journey;
- based on the evaluation from peers, leaders, etc., the fabric badge can be granted by the Scout Leader if the National Scout Organization has already integrated the respective initiative in their community;
- in case the NSO hasn't yet integrated the initiative, the Scout and the Scout Leader may need to ask the NSO some additional questions, and get some help from the World Scout Bureau Regional Support Center to source it (when available).
