How do I copy the URL link of my project?
To copy your profile's URL or link, do the following:
- click on your name in the upper right corner of the page;
- click on "My account";
- go to the URL field and click to copy it
That's it! You now have your profile's URL :)
How do I check my service hours?
You can check your service hours by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, then by clicking on “My Account”. Keep in mind that only hours from approved and published projects will appear there!
How do I change my profile photo or my profile name?
You can edit your name and other profile details by logging in to https://scout.org.
Once logged in, click on Profile => Update my profile. Here you will be able to edit your name, photo, and all other profile details.
How do I find my scout.org ID?
You can find your scout.org ID by logging in to https://scout.org.
Once logged in, click on Profile => Update my profile, and you will see the ID number.

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot password?" and you will receive an email to set a new password for your account.
The platform is freezing and I can’t submit my project; I can't upload my photos to a project.
Sometimes the platform will freeze at the photo upload step if the images you are trying to upload don't meet the platforms requirements. Please check the following recommendations to ensure your project meets them:
- Your photos should not be bigger than 5MB each, and should be in an accepted format (JPG, PNG);
- Make sure you did not exceed the text limit in any box;
- Make sure the project dates (start and end) are both within 365 days from today (older projects will be rejected by the platform);
- ensure your images have unique names (instead of image.jpg or similar generic names).
If this doesn't work, please save as draft and try a different browser.

How do I see all the projects that I submitted?
You can see your projects by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, then by clicking on “My Account”. All the approved projects will appear there.
Please note that you won’t be able to see projects that are submitted and still pending review and approval.
As for your draft, you can find it by clicking on the “Take action” button from the home page, where you can continue your submission.
