What if I lose Internet connectivity, how can my delegation still vote?

As part of the World Scout Bureau’s risk mitigation processes, we wish to ensure that Member Organizations have options available in case of the situation where a single delegation is not able to cast their vote due to technical issues identified on their side, such as internet breakdown, loss of signal and virtual accessibility.

If delegates are not together in the same location, delegations are encouraged to arrange amongst themselves access to the eVoting system if their Head of Delegation loses Internet connectivity.

If no one in the delegation is able to access the eVoting system due to connectivity issues, an option for individual call-in voting may be provided during the event to help address these situations on a case by case basis.
