Visibility and access rights
Can only see certain organisation profiles and generic organisation information on the Directory.
Cannot access the Data Portal.
Can login to view all organisation profiles on the Directory including information on appointees.
Can also view person profiles and any contact information that has been made visible to all users or to users in the same Region.
Can login to view the profile of their own organisation on the Data Portal.
Can login to view all organisation profiles on the Directory including information on appointees.

Additional access rights allow for updating certain information for their own organisation and access to exports.

Logging in
Requesting access
Individuals requiring access to the Members Portal should follow these steps:
- Register an account on scout.org if needed (register here)
- NSO official contact to make request to reporting@scout.org
- Identify in the request the registered email address and which access to grant (view only or admin)
- Receive acknowledgement on access being granted by the Members Portal Support Team

Additional admins
It is suggested that NSOs limit their Member Portal Admins to no more than two or three, which helps ensure responsibility, integrity, and quality of the information updating. Special arrangements can be made if needed.
